Making A
Purchase
Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order. If your item is not in stock, we will
back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to
cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We accept credit
and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card
company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own
currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We will not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items
are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit
card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Security
We know
of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not
held in clear text on any web site. Our security standards are
based on the Code of Practice for Information Security Management
(BS7799). Our procedures are reviewed regularly and any changes to
the system are made in a secure way.

Shipping And
Handling
Our
Standard Delivery charge to mainland UK addresses is structured as
follows. Orders under £10 is £3.95, between £10 and £100 it is
£4.95 and over £100 it is Free. Please note that offshore UK
destinations may incur an additional surcharge dependent on the
weight and actual country in question. We can deliver to anywhere
in the world and will find the most appropriate and economical
means of despatch for your order - please contact us for a
quotation on Hunterpole@aol.com. Hunter Pole makes every effort to
ensure rapid delivery, normally within seven days of placing on
order. If you are not home our carriers will leave a card so that
you can arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Tax Charges

Returns and
Refunds
We
expect you to be delighted with your Hunter Pole goods. If, for
some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in a
resalable condition within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a
refund of the product cost. The cost of a return is usually at the
customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 28 working days of
return of goods. Personalised items cannot be refunded. In the
unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty
condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund for the
product cost. Hunter Pole's extra guarantees are in addition
to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling your
Order
The
UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you
to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of
goods. To cancel your contract please write to us at the above
address, send an email to Hunterpole@aol.com with the order number
and your instruction to cancel, or call our Customer Service team
on 020 8560 8190. If your order has already been despatched, you
must repackage the relevant items and return them to HUNTER POLE.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for
collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will
refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as
soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we receive
your notification..

Privacy
Statement
HUNTER
POLE is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web
Trader Code of Practice. We aim to safeguard the privacy of our
users while providing the highest quality of service. Our systems
collect address and buying information at the point of order or
catalogue request so that we may process your order and provide you
with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future
unless you have given us your consent, and we will always give you
the option to receive no further information from us or any other
trader. We will never collect sensitive information about you
without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be
accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold
about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will
delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we
hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security
policy, UK law, and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to
transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area)
we will always obtain your consent first. We occasionally make
names available to other companies who may also have products that
would be of interest. If you would prefer us not to do this, or
have any requests regarding your personal information or any
queries with regard to the above-mentioned practices, please
contact James Allsebrook (tel. 020 8560 8190) who is the person
responsible for these matters. We never pass on credit card details
or telephone numbers to third parties. We may use technology to
track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can
include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You
can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The
information collected in this way can be used to identify you
unless you modify your browser settings.

We do
not send out any unsolicited e-mail. We do send a newsletter to
customers who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose.
