Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept paymnet through paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Cancelling your Order
The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods. To cancel your contract please write to us at the above address, send an email to mail@hunterpole.biz with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or call our Customer Service team on 07850379766 If your order has already been despatched, you must repackage the relevant items and return them to HUNTER POLE. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification.
Privacy Statement
HUNTER POLE do not store or pass on financial information or credit card details or telephone numbers to third parties, received through our website, email, fax or telephone. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We aim to safeguard the privacy of our users while providing the highest quality of service. Our systems collect address and buying information at the point of order so that we may process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and we will always give you the option to receive no further information from us or any other trader. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, UK law, and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We occasionally make names available to other companies who may also have products that would be of interest. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. We do not send out any unsolicited e-mail. We do send a newsletter to customers who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose. Any customer may remove their e-mail address from our file by contacting mail@hunterpole.biz
